mr tommy lee suddenly say wanna take our napfa 5 items today!!!
didn't have time for all..
but did inclined pull, standing broad jump & shuttle run..

did 10 for pull..tOt it's enuff 2 get a gold..
but when i checked the board..OMG. i need 11!!!!
wad a waste of my effOrt...
if i wanna better my grade, i need 2 dO it in MAY...Oh manx..
mistake on my part.

then mr lee actually wanted us 2 jump at the bball court & use measuring tape measure..
which was extremely inaccurate..
nO choice but take some mat frm pe roOm..
wheee..did 1.84m
couldn;t believe my eyes cOs i nv hit 1.8+ before..
and i didn't take napfa screening!!!

shuttle run did 11.0sec..
really happy cOs gt A~!
and shuttle run was quite a worry for me becOs i'm always very close to getting a D..
but nt this time!

sit ups shld b nO prob..
as for sit & reach, always prone 2 getting D.
